Excel template with filter

HiI created an excel report with excel template. since the report contains thousands of rows, we need to add filters (so called excel AutoFilter) on each column so user can find their desired record easily. I added the filters in excel template but the filters are all gone in the generated excel report. any workaround on this? thank you.
