Pim Sync Oracle CRM on Demand Location to Download and Configure Pim Sync for End User

Hi Forum,

Supper noob question but...

1. Where do you download PIM sync? I've seen all the documentation but can't find the official most updated link?

2. Is there any way to configure Pim sync for End Users? I want to make sure that the Sync only goes one direction from CRM on demand to Lotus notes.
