US PAY: How can the Employee W-2 PDF pull and sort by data not already included?

Hello,

In order to save money on mail charges, we intend to hand out paper W-2's to our employees. We use a people group key flexfield value that has this information. The final output would need to be sorted high order, by this field, and available to pick up in the W-2 Bi publisher template. How can this be accomplished?
