Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Quantity invalid after hard commit for kits items in R42520 Print Pick Slip

Issue: Sales Order shows correct quantities for kits:

Parent 2 BX

Kit A 24 EA

Kit B 24 EA

Printing Pick Slip R42520, option hard commit on.

Output of R42520 and F4211 shows:

Parent 2 BX

Kit A 2 EA

Kit B 2 EA

in F41002 1 BX = 12 EA

Any logic behind this? Thanks
