Financial Aid Regs for Campus Solutions 8.9 post 12/2012

We are currently on Campus Solutions 8.9 and do not have the option to upgrade prior to 12/2012.  As of 12/2012, Oracle has announced that they will no longer provide the FA Regs for  versions in "sustainability" mode, like 8.9. 
Does anyone know of any options for those who can not upgrade in this timeframe but must have the FA Regs?
