Regarding conversion of OSB to OAB

Hi Gurus ,

I am currently working on a conversion of OSB to OAB where I have to  extract data of current enrollments for benifits- eligible employees and map them to new OAB programs and plans.

Can anyone please suggest if there are any API 's available to do so and if yes what would be the sequence .?
