Missing Projects from OTL Timecards Projects LOV

Hi,

We have implemented Projects and OTL (timecards related to projects). Everything worked fine up till now when we are experiencing some issues with several users.

We are on Release 11.5.10.2. For some users the list of values for projects it's incomplete. Some projects are visible only for several users.

There is no change in setup, there was no patch applied. There is only one Operating Unit and one Business Group. No cross-charge implicated, no transaction controls involved.

All Projects are in Approved Status.

The users are using the same responsibility when trying to enter timecards and the same week for entering time.  There is no security profile setup for this responsibility.
