Version 9 Enterprise Manager still included in DB 10g installer?

I have an old 10g Oracle home that has deep within its directory tree the version 9 Oracle Enterprise Manager (the old one written I think in java). It's invoked by a bat file oemapp.bat I think. That server is going away.

Is there a way for me to tell whether or not this old-version OEM is still contained in the version 10g DB installer or any other currently available installer? This would be Windows Server 2008 (not R2).
