Is it safe to UNSET the aq_tm_processes parameter for 10gR1+ to enable "auto-tuning" for use with Oracle Applications E-Business Suite?

It is mentioned in Master Note for AQ Queue Monitor Process (QMON) (Doc ID 305662.1)
Significance of the AQ_TM_PROCESSES Parameter in 10.1 onwards
however it is also mentioned in Database Initialization Parameters for Oracle Applications Release 12 (Doc ID 396009.1)
# Starting from 10gR1, aq_tm_processes is auto-tuned and no longer<br/> # required. <font color="#ff0000"><b>Omitting this parameter has not, however, been tested with<br/> # Oracle E-Business Suite.</b></font> For good performance, the minimum required<br/> # value is 1. This can be changed to meet customer needs. For example,<br/> # a value of 2 can help resolve lengthy queues.
