Unable to find the published output for this request

Hi -

   I am having some issues with Converting RDF report output to PDF using BI Publisher. When i use output type as Text i can see the Output but when i make it a XML the report is picking the right Layout i defined but when i click view output i get an error " Unable to find the published output for this request".  When i click diagnostics and view XML i get below output. Any help to troubleshoot this would be highly appretiated. Thanks for your help.
