How can i delete or modify a query in Siebel on premisse?

Hi everybody, please could you help me with this?

when we create a service request for a contact, so if we don't associate a General Motors vehicle, we can see the service request that you've created before. It seems that the query only looks for General Motors product, so, where you can modify this query?
