OCR Backup Validity

 Hi,

I have a few doubts about OCR ,

1.In two node RAC database OCR automatic backup is not happening in one node,it happens in another node.what is the reason behind it

2.if i have a manual export ocr backup taken one week before i lost all my automatic OCR backup's due to a disk crash,can i use the manual export backup for recovery purpose.

3.What is the validity period  of manual export backup
