 HI

 I am using Oracle 10.2.0.4 on  Windows 2003 R2 O/S (32 bit) but EM does not working because relevant Service has corrupted.According to the Guide of Oracle Support Theh have mentioned that Opatch should be installed

I followed these Instructions and tried to Install it.It gives the errors Pls give me advise me how to install it
