Modification of CSI in a SR

Hi experts,
I wanted to change the CSI of my SR. The number of my SR is 3-5061513497. 
But I've received an email with the following subject.:
Subject: SR #3-5077293511: Modification of CSI in a SR

So it seems that a different SR has been created, but I'm not able to see it, or anyone of my colleagues, with access to the new CSI, can not see as well.
