Creating a tab for a Shared Analysis Folder

I am trying to create a custom web tab called UK Reports to open a Shared Custom Analysis directory called United Kingdom within that tab.

If I use the following URL...

https://secure-XXXX.crmondemand.com/OnDemand/user/ReportsTreeView?path=%252fCustom%2bShared%2bAnalyses%252fUnited%2bKingdom

then I get the whole Oracle page (including tabs and action bar)  with the United Kingdom directory within the tab, so I have two lots of tabs and action bars and if I click on UK Reports within the tab, I get another window within that & so on, like a russian doll. (See image below).

Does anyone know the URL structure/syntax to open the Shared Custom Analysis directory so that it appears within the tab without any more tabs appearing?
