Implementing HRMS & Payroll after Financials

Oracle Financials, projects and distributions modules are implemented and working fine. Now we want to implement HRMS and Payroll for India but legislation attached to the existing business group is United States and currency is USD. We would like to know the impact on all existing modules if we create a new business group for India.
