Error message when i create a Quote

Hi Everyone,

Please, could you help me with this error message when i create a Quote:

[1]Error invoking service 'Context Service', method 'GetRowSetData' at step 'Get Context Row Set'. (SBL-BPR-00162)
[2]Variable 'Start Date' has an invalid value in Type, In/Out, On Null field or has an invalid sourde parameter type. Please contact your Siebel Administrator. (SBL-ISS-00655)
