integrating the ASR Manager to send traps to our OVO system

We are integrating the ASR Manager to send traps to our OVO system.

 

For one of the available traps as per the MIB.  “sunAsrSrFailureTrap”   will this tell us why a SR was not created.  I’m hoping that it would tell us if a device was no longer under support. The highlighted options are the ones I think we could make use of….although if one of these would tell us why the SR was not created I would make sure it would be included.

                          sunAsrSrHostname, Hostname of the system for which the Service Request was created."

                          sunAsrSrIpAddress, "IP address of the system for which the Service Request was created."
