Can mutliple Server Server installation share same SWSE installation?

I am testing Siebel Inbound web services. I have some questions I hope the experts monitor this forum can shed lights on me.
The configuration is that the web server and Siebel SWSE with eai_ssl object manager are enabled in the DMZ zone. The inbound SOAP messages are coming from internet and the Siebel servers are inside the firewall. 

However, the client has configured the system that both Siebel Dev and Test servers are using the same SWSE installation on the server in DMZ. So in the eapps.cfg, the entries looks as following -
 
[/eai_ssl]
ConnectString = siebel.ssl.None.None://SiebelDev:2321/SIE8DEV/EAIObjMgr_ssl
