ULN will not let me register

I have a valid CSI for Linux Premier Support.  IO have a new virtual (esxi 4.1) I want to register at ULN. I have used "uuidgen -t" to get an new uuid and saved in in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date-uuid. When I try to up2date-nox --register I get "connection refused". Any ideas why?
