Cannot open PivotTable source On IE

Hi When create excel report with pivot table from excel template, I got error "Cannot open PivotTable source file '[filename(x.y).xls]SourceData' " when it runs on IE browser. but the reports runs fine on Firefox and Google Chrome. the problem is our customers only have IE browser in their site.

attached it the sample data and excel template.

Any suggestions?
