Management Kernel Java Out of Memory

I've issue in Management Kernel. We're using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.12 Tools 8.7.2.2.CPU with Vitrial 3-Tier Architecture.

Our Middleware is IBM Websphere ND 6.1 on Windows 2003 R2.

Management Kernel are crashing every 4-5 days after weekly E1 bounce.

That means I cannot use Server Manager to see Runtime Metrics and turn on debug for CoBK.

Your help is much appreciated.
