treating a transaction as sales order: customer pays to pick his material

Hi,

Can anybody tell me how to configure the below scenarion as a sales order:

I get paid ( receivable) for Picking customer's bi-product . In this case i am not shipping anything but receving material and also money from customer.

Any suggestions please.
