Buyer Assigned date table

Hi,
Could not find the date at which the Buyer assigned to the PR.
Following the STEP to assign PR to buyer.
Purchase Responsibility->Manage Buyer Workload-> assign buyer
 
is there any table which store the date at which buyer has been assigned?
