Invoice Problem

We have an Invoice worth (14,281.12), there was 3 scheduled payments made  (5,781.12). When we try and make 2 more scheduled payments worth (3000)and (1500) its giving us an message saying we cannot make the scheduled payment becuase the Invoice is fully paid. On the two scheuled payments, (1500) and (1000) has already being taken of it, but we cannot find these payments anywhere.

The Invoice is not fully paid, only (5,781.12) of the (14,281.12) has being paid. Would anyone have any suggestions what the problem would be .
