Removing Payment Instruments on Customer Sites

Hi,
I have a question regarding the possibility to remove a bank account from a customers Payment Instruments for Automatic Receipts. Is it possible to remove the Payment Instrument?

I would like to use the same account on another site, but can not do that since it is already in use.
