CSV export delimitter query

 Hello Gurus,

I am using Application Express 4.0.2.00.07.

When i take a CSV export of an interactive report, if the users operating system is English then all the columns are coming properly in excel(i.e. individual columns in the interactive report is coming seperately in sepaerate columns in the CSV file)..

Problem:
when the users operating system is in German, then the exported CSV is not proper. All the columns of the interactive report is coming in a single column in the CSV file.

In the interactive report's report attributes i have not given any delimiter, so it taking the value from NLS settings(as per the definition).. My NLS value is "American.America"
