How to find patches using just the four character patch name ?

 Hello,I am in need to search for customer patches but they have just shared with me the four character patch names. I tried to make use of the search available under the "Patches & Updates" Tab in support.oracle.com but it returns "No Patch name or number found". Any pointers ?
