Smartview- R&A Edit not working

I have a problem with users at one of our sites with R&A edit linked images in Word and Excel 2007

We have template files that include images that refresh from Hyperion using R&A Edit.

Users at this site save a copy of the file to a subfolder. When any user at any site tries to work with this file a dialog box no longer appears when the image is selected and R&A Edit is selected.

If one of their users uses a PC at a different site, they can save a copy and it works fine.

Everyone is using Office 2007. Their site is a mix of XP and Windows 7, my site is all Windows 7.
