Hide SSN/National Identifer on the Find Person Form

I have a Custom Responsibility that we use to look up Emergency Contact information for employees.  We have hidden the SSN on the subsequent screens and in the Find Person form that are blocked out.  However if you do a search by SSN the search form that comes up show the SSN.  How can I hide or block out the SSN here?
