Scheduling Reports on BIPublisher 10.1.3.4

Hello

Is there any limitations on how many reports can be scheduled at a time on BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.  As Right now I can see at any time only 3 reports running and if I Try to submit one more report then it sits in "SCHEDULED" status but not in "RUNNING" Status.  IS there a parameter to be configured to increase this.
