Last 5 DML modifiction's date and time on table

Hi DBAs,


Can any body send me a sql query for getting last 5 DML modification's date & time on a table?

I am able to get latest DML modification date and time, but I need last 5 dml modification's date and time.

Plz help me

OS = lnx
DB=10.2.0.4
