Creating/Provisioning Users for Imvoice Matching (ReIM)

Hello - Looking for how users are provisioned in ReIM 13.2.3 -I know how they are created in verson 12.  I had a script that simply did an insert into im_user_autorization and im_business_memeber_role tables and walla.  They were able to login - I have looked in the reim.properties file and we are using DATABASE for authentication, but can any clue me in on how the application users should be created in version 13.2.3?   Also how does one reset the password of an existing user?
