Oracle services are up after shutdown of oms and database - Grid Control version 11

Hi experts and Merry Christmas.How to shutdown all oracle services related to Oms11g?
All products are in one Aix server.


Oracle services still up after doing the following:

cd /oracle/Middleware/oms11g/bin
./emctl stop oms

cd $AGENT_HOME/bin
./emctl stop agent

cd $HOME/dba/scripts
./stop_wLSNR.sh ---> shutdown of database and listener
