Modifications to OKS_GENQUOTE_CP processing

 We have a demand to change the way the OKS_GENQUOTE_CP concurrent program currently processes Service Contract renewals. The formatting and data of the default renewal quote template, OKS_QUOTE_LTR which uses OKSQOTLETR_en1.rtf does not provide sufficient information for the customers. We need to add the serial numbers of the products listed in the quote to the format template, but they are not listed in the underlying XML data generated from the OKS_GENQUOTE_CP program. How can we add the serial number? Also, we would like to enable the use of the Cover Letter print from this program. How can that be configured?
