Vertex 3.0 - No Connection - AS400 ONLY

It has come to our attention that the CLI installation file used to install Payroll Tax Q Series version 3.0 for the iSeries/AS400 was not included on the CD originally shipped October 7, 2011. This issue has been corrected and the file was added to the program files list.
See Note 1387800.1 for details and recovery.
