Looking for documentation regarding improvement to Work with Submitted Jobs

As part of our upgrade to 9.0, we have two testing environments: one with an older set of 9.0 code and Tools 8.98.4.4, and one with all current 9.0 ESUs and Tools 8.98.4.6.

I noticed a marked improvement in Work with Submitted Jobs (P986110B), which now includes columns in the grid for View Output, Print, Report Name and Version Title.

Is this a result of the recently released Bug 11734236  from Tools baseline ESU JL18390 and/or improvements in the Tools?

Has Oracle created any documentation on this?
