Is there an "Out of the box" system profile option that can be set at the user level which will default the Service Request History format to "Detail".  Currently it is defaulted to "Summary", but I have 1 agent who wants it default for "Detail" for his user id.  I've searched Profile Options for anything like "%hist%" or "%format%" and don't find anything that is related to this particular field on the Service Desk Agent Dashboard Update S/R hrml page.
