Allocations - Client Extensions

I need help on pa_client_extn_alloc . I have the costs at task 0 and want them to distribute to other tasks. But the other tasks are not fixed and varies from project to project .

Can someone help me out how to do it? If I can get an example about client extensions allocations that will be great.
