Failed to login CRMOD via Segmentation Wizard

Hi,

I am new SC, tried to test 'Segmentation Wizard' (downloaded from Metalink), but failed to login CRMOD after I click 'Manage Segments',

I had tried my singal sign-in account, or CRMOD demo accounts, it still failed to login, if there is anything need to be configured?
