How to Import vmdk into Oracle VM Manager 3.0.2

Hi all
I am running BIC2G in VM Box and OracleApps(BIC2G-LNX) in VMware Player.

I want to run both in OVM 3.0.2.

BIC2G is having 5 files one .ovf and 4 .vmdk files
and OracleApps(BIC2G-LNX) is having one .vmx and many .vmdk files.

Can anyone please tell me how to import these files into OVM 3.0.2
