how to reduce "enq: DX - contention"

Hi..

i am new in this site. so please help this issue . before that everything is ok but problem occur when reboot the database instance with enable row movement all table and get statistics table and index then shrink space only statement all required schema tables/indexes. after the that CUP use is high /enq: DX - contention occurred the system.
