Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can anyone tell me what is meaning of 'PER_IN_LER_STAT_CD = 'STRTD' in belwo query

SELECT ‘x’

FROM BEN_PER_IN_LER PIL

WHERE PIL.PERSON_ID = PER.PERSON_ID

AND PIL.PER_IN_LER_STAT_CD = 'STRTD'
