I'm still getting errorr even i change the sqlnet.ora file

I'm still getting errors

/oracle_crs/product/11.2.0/crs_1/network/admin
lkcme31001 [EIBTLT011]-> srvctl start instance -d EIBTLT01 -i EIBTLT011
PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.eibtlt01.db
PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.eibtlt01.db on node lkcme31001
CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.eibtlt01.db start" encountered the following error:
ORA-00119: invalid specification for system parameter REMOTE_LISTENER
ORA-00132: syntax error or unresolved network name 'comot001-scan:49125'


CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.eibtlt01.db' on 'lkcme31001' failed

even i did the next

lkcme31001 [EIBTLT011]-> vi sqlnet.ora

# Name..........: Ken O'Shell

# Update........: Updated for 10g Client
