Preview and Print in Blanket Sales Agreement

Hi there

I have configured Sales Agreements and am trying to preview and print the agreement.  I am using the seeded template for sales agreement rtf output but an error page opens stating that an unexpected error has occured and to inform my system admin.

The same thing is happening on standard sales orders - again with the appropriate seeded template.
