Web Page Error - User login related

Hello.

We have 2 users, one PO and one AP, who get a "Error Page" when each doing some new R12 web ralated page acitivites.  Anyone anywhere logging in as them gets the error.  If I login as me on their pc I do not get the error.  No User Profile options are involved.  No Folders are involved.

Does anyone have a solution, or maybe where I should look please.
