Enable a price list from another ou

Hi,

I have a price list (PL-1)  which is setup in USD currency in OU-1. Now i have defined a new OU, OU-2 and i have defined a new price list PL-2 in currency AUD. The user should be able to use PL-1 and PL-2 depending on the currency which needs to be used. How can this be setup? Can this be setup as a qualifier? or is there is a some other way.
