CONCURRENT MANAGER STATUS COULD NOT BE DETERMINED

Hi all,

From past few days we were facing the issue like the concurrent manager status shows could not be deturmined and Error connecting to the database PROD: ORA-3113 while trying to open the reqest view log and request comleted with error program was terminated by signal 11.

i observed while stopping the adcmctl.sh we are getting like
/oracle/apps/PROD/prodcomn/admin/scripts/PROD_oraapps01/adcmctl.sh: line 244: 13249 Segmentation fault $FND_TOP/bin/CONCSUB "$unpw" SYSADMIN $WAIT_PARAM 'System Administrator' SYSADMIN CONCURRENT FND SHUTDOWN

cm failed to stop here and applied the patch 3830807 for the segmentation fault and relink all by using adadmin.
