After Upgrade from 12.0.4 to 12.1.3 Most of the Packages have AUTHID CURRENT_USER added

We have migrated frm 12.0.4 to 12.1.3
After Migration most of the seeded Packages have
 AUTHID CURRENT_USER

Which is now restiricting being packages accessed from Read Only User created as table or view missing.
