Issues with Applying Interim patch for Bug(8316109) using opatch utility

Hi,

When we apply the  Patch (8316109: CREATE MV STATEMENT GENERATES ORA-7445 [KKZVOQBCST()+300])   using the opatch utility on the oracle database server 11.1.0.7. running in

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.6 x86 platform.

The opatch utility  gets hanged in the Pre-requisite checking without any log written in the log files.

Kindly provide us the resolution to apply the above interim patch for the bug CREATE MV STATEMENT GENERATES ORA-7445 [KKZVOQBCST()+300]
